One of my grilling favorites. The meat is flavored with grated onion, salt, and pepper and grilled. 

Koobideh kebab served with rice, onion, tomatoes and romaine lettuce.

Steamed Eggs, so easy and delicious

And this nifty little clay pot that I bought at the Korean Market keeps them nice and warm. 

Let's crack a few eggs and get cooking... 

For when you want to spice things up a bit.

I bet it would be wonderful on a pulled pork sandwich. 

 Let's get slicing and dicing...

 Leeks stuffed with cheese, raisins, and pecans,

 then cooked in parchment and finished under the broiler.  
The bold flavors of the stuffing make otherwise mild flavored leeks sing.

This has become one of my favorite curry sauces.   

Hot off the grill, boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins, they were very tender and moist, not dry at all. I've made this three times in the last week it's that good. 

Add some coconut cream and curry powder to your shopping list and let's get cookin'...

This is a little bit spicy and very moist burger. Plan on using a grill pan, or skillet because it's so moist it will fall through the BBQ grates. 

I recommend serving the burger with a salad, it's a nice counterbalance to the spices.
 

You might have to add a few Korean ingredients to your shopping list but it will be well worth it. 

Grilling at dusk and after dark presents a bit of a challenge, especially when you don't have good outdoor lighting. I got tired of holding the flashlight under my chin so I went on the hunt for a grill light. I decided to get a GrillPro 
I get no compensation for this, they don't even know I exist. 

It's adjustable so it fits most hood handles.
Surprisingly, the small light illuminates the whole grill

Now I don't have to hold a flashlight under my chin anymore. 

 I couldn't wait to try out the new light so
I prepared some vegetable skewers and a steak. 

The vegetables were brushed with a Parmesan Herb Baste

1/2 Tbsp dried basil
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Mix them all together in a small bowl.

See how good the light lights up the grill, almost like daylight.

Dinner is served. All I did was sprinkle a little steak seasoning on the steak before grilling

Just a fuzz over done, but great nonetheless.

Now I can grill out anytime day or night.

This travels well and is good at room temperature too.
