Buttermilk Biscuits, Perfect Every Time

Squeaks makes these for me for breakfast when I go visit her, well, these and dutch babies. I know, I'm spoiled.

Flaky, moist and absolutely wonderful biscuits.

She shared her Grandmother's recipe for Buttermilk Biscuits, and she said I can share the recipe with you too.

These are so quick and easy to make, and just about foolproof.

I bake them in a 9-inch cake pan

Beautiful, just beautiful

That biscuit was talking to me. It kept saying sausage gravy, I need sausage gravy.

So I complied.

Of course, I had to top it with a sunny side up egg.

THE recipe.
