Cooking has been my passion for many, many, years.
My daughter Erika (my real passion) has survived too many of my experiments to name but she knew what Dilled Blanquette de Veau was at an early age. God bless her, she still talks to me and even loves me.

I not only enjoy the actual cooking of food but all that goes along with it. The planning, preparing, sharing and talking about food.

One of my favorite places to frequent is the news group It's a lively newsgroup and a lot of fun, but not for the faint of heart ;-) The web site pretty much sums us up.

I also participate on the newsgroup there are some really talented food photographers there.
