Lately, I’ve been dabbling a little in Indian cooking. One of the first things I made was Date-Tamarind Chutney. It’s a wonderful combination of sweet and sour with a pinch of spices.
Can be served with any variety of dishes, or simply smeared on a piece of fresh hot toast.

Pomegranate juice and mustard combined make a sweet, tangy glaze for chicken.
Plate over rice and sprinkle with a few pomegranate seeds for those little bursts of tangy juicy-ness. Think of them as fruit pop rocks.
