I was happily <not> washing dishes when I noticed my oregano was getting a little bushy. So my Adult ADD <my diagnosis> kicked in, and before I knew it, I was trimming my plant.
My first intention was to lay it out on the cheesecloth and dry it.
Then I had to decide where in the world in my small kitchen I could safely put it to dry out.
So I decided to suck it up and freeze it. Hopefully it will be fine.
Back to the dishes now.
