A wonderful summer soup that's very creamy and surprisingly filling.
I've tried the soup hot, room temp and cold. It's delicious no matter how you want to eat it.

A beautiful bundt cake with ancho chilis, chocolate and orange.
The finished cake is slather with an orange Grand Mariner glaze, then drizzle with a rich chocolate syrup.
Get those chilis out, you'll love this cake.

Just remember, I'm not a pie baker so the finished pie won't win any awards; but you'll be missing out if you don't use my pie filling recipe inside your own perfectly prepared pie crust.
I grilled the apricots then flavored them with freshly ground star anise, nutmeg and lemon.
Throw in a few blueberries and you have heaven on a plate.
