A couple of weeks ago I posted about making a Chili Pepper Vinegar. It needed to stand for a week for the chilis to infuse the vinegar. Well Yahhooooo my wait is over.
Let's get this juice bottled...
Strain the chili vinegar.
Press against the chilis to get every bit of goodness out.
Pour the juice into a clean old soy sauce bottle that still has the splash top.
Label and refrigerate.
Very popular in Indian cooking and can be used in place of hot sauce.
I think this would make some kicken buffalo wings.

Koko?...Koko?..
Where have you been?
I hope everything's OK.
It's not like you to leave you're blog for so long.

Bless your heart Shawn, yes, everything is just fine. It seems like sometimes too much is going on and you don't get to do the things that you really love doing, like blogging.
I'm working on a new post as we speak. Just a heads up, it's a shameless brag on a new piece of kitchen equipment disguised as a bread recipe. ;-)
